About the company
Technology Oil Company LLC (TOV “Tekhnolohichna Palyvna Kompaniia”) is a Ukrainian company based in Kyiv, registered on 18 February 2014. Its principal activity is wholesale of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and related products (NACE 46.71).
We supply fuel to companies that need it to keep working: hauliers, farms, construction firms, manufacturers and boiler houses. We handle the whole chain, from loading at the oil depot to discharge into your tank, with a contract, a quality certificate and full paperwork for every delivery.

Diesel fuel
Euro 5 diesel in summer, intermediate and winter grades for trucks, agricultural and construction machinery, and generators.
Petrol A-95 and A-92
Euro 5 motor petrol for corporate fleets, filling stations and oil depots.
Liquefied petroleum gas
Propane-butane for vehicles, LPG filling stations, boiler houses and industry.
Solid fuel
Coal, fuel briquettes and pellets for boiler houses, businesses and institutions.
Oils and lubricants
Engine, transmission and hydraulic oils, and greases for machinery and equipment.
Haulage and truck rental
Freight transport by road and rental of trucks (NACE 49.41, 77.12).
How we work
From your order to discharge into your tank:
Order and contract
We confirm the fuel type, volume, address and delivery date, sign a contract and fix the price in the invoice.
Loading
We load the fuel at the oil depot, seal the tank compartments and hand the driver the quality certificate for the batch.
Delivery and discharge
We deliver by tank truck and discharge the fuel in the presence of your representative, with a signed waybill.
Quality and metering
With fuel, both quality and accurate metering matter. Every delivery comes with documents, and the volume is recorded during discharge in the presence of your representative.

Delivery
By tank truck to your site

Scheduled supply
Regular deliveries for transport and logistics companies, manufacturers and boiler houses.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you sell fuel to private individuals?
- No. We work only with companies and sole proprietors under a supply contract; this is wholesale fuel trade.
- What is the minimum order?
- It depends on the fuel type and delivery address; usually one tank truck compartment. We will confirm it when you order.
- How is the fuel volume measured?
- Volume is recorded in litres by flow meter or tank compartment calibration. By agreement, we can account in kilograms using the density from the quality certificate.
- Which diesel do I need in winter?
- Summer diesel is used in summer, intermediate grade in spring and autumn, and winter diesel with a lower cold filter plugging point in winter. We will suggest the right grade for your region and machinery.
- What documents do you provide?
- A supply contract, invoice, delivery note, waybill and quality certificate for each batch of fuel.
- How do I place an order?
