Terms of Supply and Website Use

1. General provisions

These terms describe how Technology Oil Company LLC supplies fuels and lubricants on a wholesale basis, and the rules for using the website ahrodonrielt.digital. We work with legal entities and sole proprietors.

The price, volume, timing and payment terms of each delivery are set out in the supply contract, specifications and invoices. If the contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.

2. Goods and quality

We supply diesel fuel, motor petrol, liquefied petroleum gas, solid fuel, oils and lubricants. The quality of each batch is confirmed by a quality certificate from the refinery or oil depot.

The volume of liquid fuel depends on temperature, so by agreement it is accounted in kilograms or in litres corrected to 15 °C.

3. Orders

• orders are placed in writing, by email or messenger, stating the fuel type, volume, address and preferred delivery date;
• an order is accepted once we confirm the price, volume and delivery time;
• we may decline an order if the fuel is out of stock, the site cannot be reached or the buyer’s tank does not meet safety requirements.

4. Price and payment

Fuel prices follow the market, so the price is fixed in the invoice or specification for each delivery. Payment is by bank transfer only, in Ukrainian hryvnia. Prepayment or deferred payment is set by the contract.

5. Delivery and discharge

• we deliver by tank truck in Kyiv and Kyiv region; other regions by arrangement;
• the buyer provides access for the tank truck, a sound and clean tank for discharge, and an authorised person on site;
• discharge follows fire safety rules; open flames and smoking are prohibited on site during discharge;
• if discharge is impossible for reasons within the buyer’s control, waiting time and a repeat trip may be charged separately;
• title to the fuel and risk pass to the buyer once the fuel is discharged into the buyer’s tank.

6. Acceptance

The quantity of fuel is determined by flow meter or tank compartment calibration and recorded on the waybill signed by the driver and the buyer’s representative. At the buyer’s request, retained samples are taken during discharge, sealed and kept in case an expert analysis is needed.

7. Claims

Remarks on quantity are recorded on the waybill at acceptance. Quality claims are accepted within the period set by the contract or, if none is set, within 3 working days of delivery, with reference to the analysis of a retained sample. We are not liable for deterioration of fuel quality after discharge caused by the condition of the buyer’s tank or mixing with other fuel.

Information on the website is for reference only and is not a public offer. The texts and design of the website ahrodonrielt.digital belong to the company and may not be used without our written consent.

9. Governing law

These terms and supply contracts are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the competent court.
